I tried to process an order and it never went through, but my card was charged, what is this charge I’m seeing?
the charge that you're seeing is a temporary pending charge on your card. every attempt to place an order results in a temporary authorization on your credit card, since the order never went through, your card was never charged and the temporary authorization will drop automatically in a few days.

Is Dynamite Time safe?
Extremely. Your credit card number is transmitted by SSL encryption directly to a secure electronic vault. At no time is your credit card information ever stored on our servers.

Yes, you can place as many orders as you wish.

Do you charge sales tax?
No. We don't charge any sales tax unless your product is shipped to an address in NY State or Florida.

How do I ship to an address other than my billing address?
Please checkout using the Paypal option if you'd like your order shipped to an address that is different from your billing address.

Can I change the shipping address on my order?
If your order has already been submitted, so has the shipping address, and it cannot be changed. Once your order has been approved by our secure systems, we do not manually update information to ensure and protect your credit safety.

What if I have moved and no longer live at the address on my account?
If the address you entered is not correct, don't panic...Just let us know your new address. Your item will be returned to us and we will reship it back out to the correct address.

How long will shipping take?
Our ambition is to ship your order as soon as possible often the day after it was ordered. Depending on USPS/UPS's delivery times, where you live and the amount of orders we have to ship, delivery time varies between 3-10 business days.

Try tracking your order at www.upsmi.com, it will give you a more accurate and detailed tracking of your shipment. If you still see no movement within a few days, please contact your local post office on the whereabouts of your package. If all else fails, contact us, and we will see what we can do to help you.

Do you ship to Hawaii Alaska, Puerto Rico or APO/FPO adresses?
No. Our sincerest apologies to all of our Dynamite Time brethren who are outside of the continental US, but at this time we only ship within the lower 48 states.

Do you ship outside the United States?
No. Our sincerest apologies to all of our Dynamite Time brethren who live internationally, but at this time we only ship within the United States. We do however have an eBay account under the name dynamitetime that does ship internationally! Check it out.

Do you do combined shipping?
We do not offer combined shipping. The money we lose on the watches, we make up on the shipping, therefore we are unable to offer any discounts on the shipping.

Returns

What is your return policy?
Dynamite Time does not normally accept returns. If needed please contact the manufacturer for support or service. However, in the case of DOA merchandise -defective on arrival, notify us by filling out the form on our Contact page within 21 days of delivery and request an RMA for a working exchange. If the item works, but the packaging is damaged, we will not accept the return. If the defective item is out of stock, it can be returned for a full refund. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA.

Are your products under warranty?
Most of the items sold on Dynamite Time are covered under a manufacturer's warranty. The exact length of the warranty can be found in the product description.

How long does it take for a refund to show on my account?
Refunds generally show up within 5-7 business days, but can take up to 30 days.
